Christina Houghton, CMT
Christina grew up in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. She is certified through the Wellness Massage Center & Institute for Certification Massage Therapy and Reiki, and she is a member of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association).
She attended Lyndon State College for sports medicine and business administration, and Plymouth State University for a master in business administration.
Christina enjoys meeting clients, many whom have been living with pain or decreased function, and alleviating discomfort that can lead to more active, fully functioning daily lives. She uses several healing modalities such as massage, foot reflexology and Reiki to help her clients’ bodies create a balanced healing environment. Blending modalities is an integral part of the individual care that you can expect when working with Christina.

Guidelines for Massage Therapists and Clients due to COVID-19:
Appointments will be staggered to allow for thorough cleaning of supplies and equipment between clients.
Please do not keep your appointment if you are ill with symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
Please arrive with a face covering, which may be removed during the session, then placed on again at the end. The massage therapist will wear a face covering throughout the session.
Hand-washing and/or use of sanitizer is advised prior to the session, and at the conclusion.
