can lead toward an improved sense of wellness. 

Creative Healing and Fitness is a multipurpose fitness and wellness space located at 518 Main Street, in Lyndonville, that has been opening in stages over the last several years.

There are 2 dance and fitness studios with supportive underlay designed to absorb high impact exercise, dance and other activities. It is home to Kingdom Community Ballet, owned and directed by Elizabeth Perry, who oversees instruction in ballet, jazz, contemporary dance and pointe for more advanced ballet students.

Above Studio 1 is Amanda of Lumière, offering presence-based sessions by direct connection. (Scroll to Workshops in the tool bar above)

Also on the premises is the Massage Center that is currently home to massage therapists Michelle Graham and Beth Dyer. The Massage Center is separated from the studios and Amanda of Lumiére with its own entrance, 2 massage studios, waiting room and a handicap accessible bathroom.

As for the next phase of construction — We hope to complete a community kitchen space that will be available for cooking classes and many other workshop ideas in the future. Feel free to keep sharing ideas about the kitchen space — we will get there eventually!
