Creative Healing and Fitness is a multipurpose fitness and wellness space located at 518 Main Street, in Lyndonville, that has been opening in stages over the last several years.

There are 2 dance and fitness studios with supportive underlay designed to absorb high impact exercise, dance and other activities. It is home to Kingdom Community Ballet, owned and directed by Elizabeth Perry, who oversees instruction in ballet, jazz, contemporary dance and pointe for more advanced ballet students.

Above Studio 1 is Vitality Home Birth where midwives Alison Fischman CPM, LM and Heidi Riendeau CPM, LM meet with prenatal clients here at the Creative Healing complex in Lyndonville. This is in addition to their other sites in Morrisville and Craftsbury, VT.  To learn more about Vitality Home Birth and the empowered holistic, midwifery care that they provide in Northern VT, please scroll to the tool bar above where you will find a link to their own detailed website.

Also on the premises is the Massage Center that is currently home to Wild River Massage, owned and managed by massage therapist Beth Dyer. Wild River Massage is separated from the studios and Vitality Home Birth with its own entrance, massage studio, waiting room and a handicap accessible bathroom.

As for the next phase of construction — We hope to complete a community kitchen space that will be available for cooking classes and many other workshop ideas in the future. Feel free to keep sharing ideas about the kitchen space — we will get there eventually!
