Creative Healing and Fitness is a multipurpose fitness and wellness space located at 518 Main Street, in Lyndonville, that has been opening in stages over the last few years. There is a fitness studio with a beechwood floor and 3 foam underlay designed to absorb high impact exercise, dance and other activities. Above the studio, there is a conference room that will be utilized for small group activities or focused individual sessions. Also on the premises is the Massage Center that is currently home to massage therapists Michelle Graham and Beth Dyer. It is separate from the studio and conference room with its own entrance, 2 massage studios, waiting room and a handicap accessible bathroom. As for the next phase of construction — We are in the process of expanding the studio entrance and completing a 2nd studio below the primary one. We also hope to complete a community kitchen space as well that will be available for cooking classes and many other workshop ideas in the future.
