Open Level Tap Dance with Mayla
Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm. Located in Studio 2.
Drop-in students are welcome to this weekly Tap Dance class. It is open to ages 10 through adulthood. If you enjoyed the Adult Tap Dance classes this past summer 2025, then this would be a great continuation for you. If you’re new to Tap Dance but a little hesitant — just throw away the worries and try it out, and maybe bring a friend.
$13 single session

Vinyasa Yoga with Ollie
Saturdays from 8 – 9 am, and Tuesdays from 4:45-5:45pm. Located in Studio 1.
Ollie believes that yoga is for everyone, and every BODY. It is more than a work out, it is also a life style and a way to self-healing.Ollie’s Vinyasa yoga incorporates principles of alignment with power flows and bliss energy.
All levels of ability are welcome. You can bring your own mat and equipment if you’d like, but know that we have everything you need for this class on site so you can just bring you – and maybe a friend.

Shine Dance Fitness with Arcelie, Diane & Kaymo
SHiNE™ is a dance fitness format that is getting global recognition for it’s simple yet effective choreography which is sure to make you sweat with a smile on your face. The choreography is rooted in traditional jazz, ballet and hip-hop and is designed for all dance abilities. Routines are set to popular music that are repetitive enough for the beginner, while still challenging enough for the more seasoned dancer. Come to a SHiNE Dance Fitness class and find your inner dancer. It’s your time to SHiNE!

Foundations of Bellydance with Magdalene

In this foundational class, we will use the rhythms and music of North Africa to ease our bodies into figure 8’s, circles, sways, and shimmies!! This is a fun class that is good for the heart, mind, and the joints! All classes with Magdalene are safe spaces, body positive, and supportive while deeply appreciating and respecting this dance’s cultures of origin.

Silk & Spice Troupe with Magdalene
Wednesdays 7-8 pm from Sept 9 through Nov 5, 2025. Located in Studio 1.

Every body welcome! This class is for students who have taken previous classes with Magdalene and are ready to explore Middle Eastern dance on a deeper level. We will continue to use the rhythms and music of North Africa to practice drills within specific philosophies and frameworks of dance. With practice, students will work by themselves and in groups to create fun and interesting combinations! This class can be taken on its own or paired with the Foundations class to sharpen technique. All classes with Magdalene are safe spaces, body positive, and supportive while deeply appreciating and respecting this dance’s cultures of origin.

Golden Ball Tai Chi
Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:30 am *Free. Located in Studio 1.
Golden Ball Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice. This graceful form of exercise is used to reduce stress and modify a variety of other health conditions.
Golden Ball Tai Chi has been offered in the Northeast Kingdom for greater than a decade, including Danville, St. Johnsbury and Lyndonville.
*Free offering – There is no cost for participation.

Ballet Club ~ Every other Saturday
FREE for all adult dance enthusiasts! Meeting every other Saturday from 10:30-11:30 am starting Sept 13, 2025.
Hosted by Kingdom Community Ballet, these free sessions will follow instruction in ballet, or other dance genres, from our favorite online YouTube teachers to learn as a group. The online instruction can be paused as needed so no one gets left behind. The goals are: Movement ~ Fun ~ and Camaraderie.
No cost. No experience necessary. Drop-ins are okay. Bring a friend!

Stay Strong with Michelle
Resuming 10/2/25. Every Thursday from 5:15-5:55 pm in Studio 1.
Stay Strong is a lower body workout for all fitness levels. Whether you want to stay in shape, get in better shape, or feel you are losing strength and muscle as you age, this class is designed for just that. Lower body workouts improve core strength, balance & coordination, bone health, posture, and athletic performance, all while burning calories, reducing stress and helping to prevent injury (especially from falls and hip fractures as you age). Join us and Stay Strong!
*No fee. But donations accepted to cover overhead costs.
