Certified through Body/Soul Massage & Body Work School, and a member of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association).


Michelle has always known the value of massage therapy, growing up with a mother who was a “masseuse” and yoga instructor in the 1970’s. After many years in the customer service and retail business, Michelle followed her own calling to become a massage therapist. She has seen the healing effects of therapeutic touch in easing physical and emotional stress, and enjoys customizing her practice to achieve the best relaxation for each individual.

Deep Tissue – Focus on realigning the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.

Swedish Massage – Gentler than deep tissue, classic massage to promote relaxation by releasing tension.

Pregnancy Massage – Careful positioning and attention to alleviate stress during this special time.

Guidelines for Massage Therapists and Clients due to COVID-19:

Appointments will be staggered to allow for thorough cleaning of supplies and equipment between clients. 

Please do not keep your appointment if you are ill with symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. 

Please arrive with a face covering, which may be removed during the session, then placed on again at the end. The massage therapist will wear a face covering throughout the session.

Hand-washing and/or use of sanitizer is advised prior to the session, and at the conclusion.
